The Remove Folder option will be disabled if the folder is a sub-folder of the top level folder that was added and therefore cannot be removed.

The Settings pane is available from the right hand side of the dialog, allowing you to customize your document's settings or search through available presets or templates. The main area of the dialog displays a range of presets or templates, depending on the option you have selected from the left. Your selected category will determine the presets that appear in the main area of the dialog. As well as Print (RGB desktop printing) and Press Ready (CMYK professional printing), you can work to specific Photo print sizes, specific Web screen resolutions, Architectural drawing sizes, and with the Devices option, design to iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, and Nexus document specifications. From here, you can set the aim and deliverable for your project. If you have chosen to work with presets, the top of the dialog displays document preset categories. Your selection here affects what will appear in all other areas of the dialog. From here, you can add a new preset, set a folder for your templates, and import additional templates. From the left-hand side of the dialog, you can choose to work with document presets or templates. The New Document dialog is split into separate tabs which let you customize your current preset or apply more advanced settings.
